Expectation calculus
Let´s say that it is 99.9% certain that fetuses are no human beings. It follows that in every 1 million abortions there are 0.1% * 1000000=1000 human beings which are murdered (murder entails the intention to kill somebody). It follows that abortion should be banned because in certain circumstances it murders babies.
Intuitive view
Now, intuitively I can see that such calculus of expectation should not be done this way, but as a speaking animal I am interested to know the reason of why it should not be done.
I invite reviewers to write below the reasons why they think it is bogus statistics. Please do not remove reasons which seem too dumb, it is just a brainstorming article.
Reasons why the above calculus is flawed
