Conversion from template to explicit text[edit source]

There are corrections to be made in these instructions, and as these corrections would have to be made directly to a template used by many journals, it may be more appropriate to make such corrections on this article page rather than to the template. The rationale is that the limited number of authors and reviewers available for work in this Journal at this time prevent the reaching of a timely consensus for such minor updating, and the lack of such persons would make editing a global template by consensus impossible. Without objection, I will transcribe the current template-generated text into explicit text on this article page, only making such minor edits to correct spelling errors that would be corrected before publication as instructions for reviewers. Corrected versions of sections will be appended to the article page for view by persons wishing to use this Journal. JCGonzales 06:22, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Text conversion is complete with minor spelling changes, but there may be style issues in the text, such as repeated use of the full journal name throughout when using only "Journal" may be more appropriate, possibly de-wikified when appearing deep in the instructions; such minor editing that does not change the meaning of the text will be done in the next few days. Both the templated and explicit text versions will co-exist on this page for at least the first two weeks of June 2007, and anytime after that, without objection, the templated version will be no longer used here.
