- It is easy to start a journal for a topic, but a peer-reviewed journal can only function if there is a community of peers. At a wiki, "stabilizing communities" means getting participants to come and continue participating over an extended period of time. --JWSchmidt 20:34, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
