Assumption: $Time\ Dilation={\frac {1}{\sqrt {1+{\frac {Binding\ Energy}{Rest\ Energy}}}}}$

Where:

$Binding\ Energy=\left(M-m\right)c^{2}$

$Rest\ energy=mc^{2}$

$M$ is the mass of the whole object.

$m$ is the sum of the masses of the particles which make up the object.

$Time\ Dilation={\frac {1}{\sqrt {1+{\frac {M-m}{m}}}}}$

$Time\ Dilation={\frac {\sqrt {m}}{\sqrt {m+M-m}}}$

$Time\ Dilation={\sqrt {\frac {m}{M}}}$
