The site is very loosely designed. At this point, all new articles are appreciated. If a high schooler wanted to demonstrate their proficiency in a topic, that would be excellent. As the site gains contributors, standards could increase and journals could become more professional. The "Journal Creators" have no special say in the journals. Although they set up the initial criteria, I'd expect and hope these to change or be developed further as time goes on. So sure, a high schooler could create a journal if she or he wanted, but I expect the quality of the journals would go up as more people join the project. No one has a "final say" on the direction of any of the journals. Sarge Baldy 20:08, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
